Jordanelle Perimeter Trail
This is a 30.6-mile out-and-back trail near Midway, Utah. It’s moderately challenging and offers beautiful views of the Jordanelle Reservoir. This trail is great for hiking, horseback riding, and running.
Coyote Canyon Trail
This 22 miles (full loop), with shorter options available. This trail starts on the north side of Heber and offers a mix of easy lower sections and more challenging upper sections.
Skyridge Peak Trail
Located on the northwest end of the Jordanelle Reservoir, this trail provides amazing 360-degree views from the summit. It’s a 4.5-mile out-and-back trail that is moderately challenging.
Lofty Lakes Loop
This 4.4-mile loop trail is located in the Uinta Mountains near Pass Lake. It’s known for its high alpine lakes, wildflowers, and scenic views. The trail is dog-friendly and offers a relatively easy hike through scenic landscapes.
Rock Cliff Nature Center and Interpretive Trail
Located on the eastern shore of the Jordanelle Reservoir, this trail is great for families. It meanders through wetlands and offers educational displays about local wildlife.
Silver Lake to Bald Mountain
This 4.7-mile trail starts at the bottom of the Silver Lake chairlift and ends at the top of Bald Mountain. It’s an intermediate hike with beautiful wildflowers in summer and golden aspens in fall.
